As your business grows, and I hope it does, you will require support services such as Accounting and Computer. That’s where we come in. We have been providing Accounting and Computer services for the past 14 years.

Computer Support:
No business operates in today’s society without using computers. We offer computer maintenance services including but not limited to:
Database designs
Infrastructure setup (file sharing, networking)
Security and virus scanning. We will pay for the software licence.
Software and hardware clean up making them run faster.
DVD backup of your files
If you haven’t already, you would need to track your income and expenses. Several software do that such as QuickBooks and Peachtree. We can help you setup and run either of these software. Maybe you already started using one of these software. We can help you use it better and make more informed financial decisions.
You might want to hire employees. We offer web based payroll service and you do not have to worry about anything. We even print the checks. If you plan on hiring many employees, I also built a time and attendance system that uses employee’s fingerprint or face or iris (biometric recognition) to clock in and out. This can then be linked into the payroll system.
Pricing:
If you are now starting your business or been in business for a while and the last thing I want to do is add an expense that does not add value to your business. Services start as low as $200 per month.
Do not worry about the support aspect of your business. We will take care of that for you.
