PayPeriod Problem

Time Q Plus Payperiod messed up

So one day you open TimeQ and see all your current transactions in a future or previous pay period. This can be very frustrating.

Here's how to correct it.
Log in to timeQ.
Go to setup
Make sure the pay periods are correct. You can modify it if incorrect.

Once you are done:
Go to file
System utilities
at the bottom you will see: Realign Transactions, click it
Click Calculate, you will see a list of transactions that needs realigning
Click update... This will take a while.

One error I received was "Index" not allowed ... or something like that
When I log into the database itself, I found that the pay period had times as well as dates,
To remove the above error, take the time part out of the data and leave only the date.
