Christmas Bonus

How do you determine what amount of bonuses to give to workers?

I never worked with distributing bonuses to "top executives" but I have prescribed a really great way of determining what bonuses line workers should receive. 

  • Start with a base pay as the bonus. This means that the most a person will get is either a week (or in better cases, a month's) pay. 
  • Build a rating system from 1 to 5 for the following categories:
    • Punctuality (late to work) 
    • Absenteeism
    • Supervisor's rating (willingness, attitude towards work, etc)
    • Peer's rating (team player, etc)
    • Your rating
